List subject line

If a moderator is watching this list, can I recommend that the subject
line start with [Cocoa-Dev] or something like that so that the list can
be easily sorted by a mail client. I know mailman can do this easily
and it appears this list uses mailman.
Maybe someone else can tell me if this was suggested before and why it
was declined... or who I should really make this request to.
