Don't be so sure! I am almost certain that I managed to (unintentionally) offend two people from this list, and one does indeed seem to ignore my letters -- but I am probably special in that way ;)


I'm almost certain that in this case I'm one of those folks that Allan is referring to. It's not any offense having been taken, rather it's just a matter of time being terribly short for the type of reply that is deserved in this case.

It's important to remember though that this isn't an official support channel.
