Help Viewer Loading Blank Page

Yes, I know this has been discussed before, but I've been everywhere and continue to get a blank Help Viewer page when loading my application's help book.

I've tried everything mentioned at the following places:

I've deleted preference and cache files for Help Viewer and my own application, I've even re-installed Help Viewer.

Is anyone else having trouble getting this to work? I'm wondering if the Help Viewer maybe got screwed up in 10.3.6 yesterday... This is my fourth Panther application so far, so I really don't think I'm missing anything.
