My friend and I released a 10.3-only app, and out of the 200 or so

At my clients, 10% of the xserves run 10.2, and the rest 10.3. We
expect new xserves will run 10.4, but it will probably be months
before the servers are upgraded, as cost matters.
All of the Macs I know of at our clients are running 10.3. We expect
25% to be running 10.4 on April 29, perhaps half to be running 10.4
within a month, and all but a handful by year end.
Of the forty personal Macs I know, all run 10.3 now. Half will be
running 10.4 on April 29, based on discussions with the owners. I
expect all to be running 10.4 by year end, but I expect a quarter of
them to be upgraded in a big spike after the annual family get together.
So, based on my sampling, I would not worry about Jaguar, but I would
be very reticent about releasing a Tiger-only product for at least
six months. (That said, I plan to.)
