This is what I have been doing. Firstly I delete an event and then creating a task with the identifier of deleted event. But an error always occurred. It is saying that I can not change item name from com.apple.calendars.Event into com.apple.calendars.Task.

Don't use the identifier of the deleted event. Once an identifier has been used for something, it can't be recycled, because the delete change has to remain in the Truth for the rest of its existence. Otherwise, the record wouldn't be correctly deleted in other sync engines.
