XCode still rebuilds all the time

Any time I do "build", even if I didn't modify anything, XCode rebuilds all
the files (2 minutes). Never done before. How to fix this problem?
Already I did:
Reboot.
Delete build folder.
Create a new project and drag the old files there.
Clean.
Create Index.
Recreate the file Prefix.pch
Set the project folder permissions to read&write for all people.
Precompile Prefix Header check-box (was marked,
tried once marked,
and once unmarked,
now is marked again).
How to fix this? Cannot work this way. HELP.
Best Regards
