Hi Pratush,

Can you be more specific? Do you mean an Automator action that works with a web app? If so, then sure. Check out the Automator mailing list and/or dev resources from Apple.
Or do you mean to automate the creation of a Cocoa webkit app? It's really quite simple to create a Cocoa web browser, but I'm not sure this is what you are after?
