Take a look at Eclipse and duplicate its functionality (not
necessarily its GUI) for Objective-C++/Cocoa programming. In
particular, please implement the refactoring tools, though the local
versioning capability is also very nice. Allow plugins for RubyCocoa
and PyObjC.
