Found the problem I was retaining(Not delibrately it simply wasn't
releasing) NSData and it caused the memory to be used exponentially.

Thanks every one for the response. I felt so dumb when I went to
the debugger menu and saw that. Should have looked harder before
taking up the bandwidth. Anyway what I have come to realize is that
I simply do not have the skill or knowledge needed to fix this
problem. What I need is some one that willing to sign an NDA and
give me a quote on what it would cost to have them see if they cant
look at the project and find the memory leak. Then explain to me
how I managed to create this monumental mess.

How do I get my project set up so that I can run mallocdebug and
attach it to the application?

Okay, I made that change to the stream (Which by the way is part
of a framework of things I use a lot, it's not actually a class
in the application, but I'm still leaking memory like mad. Any
other ideas?

writeStream/readStream are cf objects, so you should be using
CFRelease/CFRetain on them, not free
