Japanese Language Support

I'm trying to get Japanese to work in my app. My understanding was that you would create a jp.lprog folder with the localized nibs in it, and add it to your project, which I've done.

Then, by setting the preferred language to Japanese in the system prefs, and logging out/back in, running the app should show the Japanese nibs.

However, the app is still coming up in English.

I deleted the en.lproj folder and re-ran the app to see if it would load the jp nibs and it did, so I know the nibs are OK.

So I can only assume I've missed something that has to be done in the project.

Can anyone advise?
