I'm not sure thats the common way to do that. What usually (what I
do) is right(control) click the
English .nib in interface builder and get-info it and choose "add
localization," then add the name from the list.
Usually this is done when the whole UI is done, same for other files
such as Localizable.strings and even images and icons.
