With the greatest of respect to Jeremy, I had reason last night to
try out several DMG-for-distribution makers. DMG Packager kept
exiting on an error message for DeRez - no particular reason given,
just a plain "error."
The best example of a DMG packager I came across was DMG Maker 2.0.6:
* Does everything visually.
* Decorate folders/icons/backgrounds manually through Finder half-
way through the process.
* Can make internet-enabled DMGs.
* Attached rich text and plain text files as licenses.
* Shareware: $10 or a 15 second nag notice.
