the last message I just sent in response to your previous code
posting. You've *almost* got it 'right' (as in, 'the simplest
solution').
As an aside, please know that I was in no way disrespecting or
insulting you -- without vital information, all we can do is tell
people to 'read the documentation' because it most certainly should
work or others wouldn't be using it in shipping apps. :-)
I'm relieved you've made progress after all that documentation
quoting. Try the suggestion in the mail I sent just before this
one ... it'll simplify not only your code, but your understanding of
it. Core Data isn't perfect (and some would and have argued its
current implementation is 'incomplete'), but it's a *really* awesome
technology we get for free. I can't wait to see what its future holds.
