I agree that a shipping product with private API is not clever.
Do you have a solution to suggest?
Win32 has a public API to achieve these requirements.
What is it that makes Apple to keep access to the window server locked?
Basically my requirement is to read from the window, which is difficult to believe would endanger the systems.
