Well,
I just made new bugreport #5955452 to enhance docs sets with more
sample code inside of method descriptions. I took NSEnumerator's
nextObject method as a sample how to do it the right way..

This was the way it was before the Programming Guides appeared. For
those who remember back this far (about 6 years, maybe even only 5..
it was right around when I came to the department)... most of the
conceptual information for a class was in the same document as the
methods. That was horribly unwieldy for all involved (writers, tools,
developers, everybody).. That has all been separated out now re-
written and massively augmented as separate guides.
The enumerators are something that we've viewed as a bit of a special
case. There are a few others as well...
The feedback is useful though, and I think in many cases we could add
more links to the conceptual material that has directly related source
code. If you've got specific cases, hit feedback on the doc page.
Thanks!
