There have been developers who, upon removing their apps from the Mac App Store; had the replacement (non-MAS) version accept the MAS version’s receipt as valid licensing credentials; I suppose you could just post such a copy alongside the sources to the LGPL libraries, and that would allow for the LGPL’s requirements…
(again, I’m not a lawyer)...
