I believe you have inadvertently switched these around. I think the correct
situation on the blue phosphor with ColorMatch RGB is:

PS 5.x x = 0.155 y = 0.077 (incorrect version)
PS 6.0 x = 0.150 y = 0.075 (corrected version)
