download the ColorSync Software Development Kit (SDK)

ftp://ftp.apple.com/developer/Development_Kits/ColorSync_3.0_Mac_SDK.sit.hqx

It contains an utility called gamma tagger, where you
can set the LUT to a default state with the help of an ICC-profile
