I got Keywizard to work with OS9 on a G4 with a Keyspan USB-serial adapter.
sort of. it will crash and freeze the Mac randomly when doing readings.
it comes with a CD of demo versions of all the other Gretag software and
surprisingly the Mac serial number let me install Keywizard on a Windows
box, where it works fine under Win2K.
the demo version of spectrochart on the CD would not work at all with OS9.
It would freeze the machine solid each time. if you try to run spectrochart
or keywizard without a spectro connection you're guaranteed to lock the
machine up.
I didn't want to use the Windows machine for this (and it's a pain to
re-cable everything when I need to use Keywizard) but that's the only way
it'll work until they get around to releasing a new version for MacOS.
