no reason you shouldn't be able to print on any ink-jet-rated

So this Roland isn't quite like my Iris 3047?
The Iris will print on just about anything I can wrap around the drum.
I was kinda hoping the Roland would do that too.
Well, it will "print" on anything you can put through it -- up to 1mm
thick -- but you may not like the results unless you spend a lot of
time and material optimizing... :-)
What are the "Iris killers" out there?
I've been told that was the internal code name for the Roland while
it was being designed.
But realistically, you've got to expect SOME difference between a
six-figure printer and a low five-figure one! You can buy a Roland
for about seven months worth of service contract cost on the Iris!
