It's no secret that some developer teams clearly don't know the route.
As for the industry organizations, we just don't know. Their problem
is that none of them publish anything practical.
We can judge the developer teams by their software. If the software
doesn't work, it follows that the developer team has gone walkabout
in ICC dreamtime.
We can't judge the industry organizations, until they start doing
what they claim to be doing, which is to lead. And leading means
communicating, publishing, getting off the fence.
Until then the industry organizations have a rapidly growing problem.
