Profiling software is just like any other software, upgrades are usually better. Except that with profiling software, many of the changes aren't reflected in the UI, which is what users often look at, and marketing departments often write about.

PO4 polices TAC better than PO3 outside the gray axis in order to support very high speed presses. Better GCR is another step towards support for high speed printing.
