RGB/CMYK numbers depend on the spaces you've set in RGB and CMYK Setup (Photoshop 5.x) or Color Settings (Photoshop 6). There are many equally valid sets of RGB and CMYK values for the Color Checker.

I can send you a Lab image made from measurements of several different Color Checkers averaged together, if you like.
