Agfa XY-15 scanner profiles

We have an Agfa XY-15 scanner and it is behaving quite well with color management and making good scans (except sharpening, which is better done in PSop). One problem with profiles still exists also with the newest software version. If you make profiles with other software than Agfas Colortune (it is working, but it has only basic functions), they can be recognised as profiles for reflective targets but not as transparent profiles. I have tried both the ColorSynergy and Gretag -origin profiles.

I have managed to edit the profile header (copying part of Colortune header text to new profile in Tex-Edit) to get it recognised in ColorExact profile list, but it does not function properly. Sometimes you get simulation error or some other error which depends on profile.

So if someone knows some cure for the problem (also exists on smaller Agfa models), I would be pleased to here your solution. It is of course possible to scan raw and apply profile in PSop, but this is not a way to go for us (rather getting Adobe98 or whatever working space is needed out of the scanner).

Regards
