The SpectroCam from SpectroStar does LCDs according to their web site. It can
be purchased in this country (US) from Monaco Systems. See Monaco Systems
Color Management. That's the one I was recently asking about. I felt their
web site (SpectroStar's not Monaco's) was a bit deceptive. It appears that
you can use the SpectroCam as a monitor calibrator, spectrophotometer,
densitometer, etc. and that it comes as a complete package for less than
$1400. Well, you need more software and Monaco Proof is the recommended
package to use with it. Now, understand, I'm not saying all of this from
experience of using these tools only from the heavy research I've been doing
into them for the last week. Any other suggestions and comments are welcomed.
