If they can get a copy of Adobe PressReady they will be well
served or if not, then try BestColor's Designer Edition.
Both RIP's support the Epson 3000, with PR being the most cost
effective for the budget conscious.
Both RIP's are relatively easy to use. (But brain surgery is easy
when you know what you're doing.) The Best DE RIP will not yet
allow you to build custom output profiles, but I think Steve Upton
has a work around for that problem on his web site.
