I use a Griffin iMate with a wide range of adb dongles on several different
systems with excellent results. I'm currently running my upgraded copy of
ColorBlind Professional on a "Yikes" G4 running OS 8.6. I have another one
hooked up to our Scitex RIP running on a "Sawtooth" G4 with no problems.
There is a control panel that allows you to change polling speeds and
delay. The only issue I have seen is that holding down the space bar to get
the extension manager at startup no longer works. Hope this info is
useful...
