No, at least not the older LaCie stuff I used to have. It will ONLY run on
the LaCie.

The Spyder/Optical option is way better. You can use the puck on any display
and if you get a license for any other machines (which are pretty
reasonable), you can use the same hardware and software on anything you
have. I'll bet dollars to donuts that the Spyder is faster and more accurate
plus it's much cooler looking <g>. Be aware that LaCie doesn't make or fix
anything! They are an OEM manufacturer so to speak.
