I have the Quato Sethos puck (Sequel) and it doesn't work with
an ukey adaptor using the original accompanying software.
The new USB-aware Blue Eye software from LaCie doesn't work either
with my equipment. (Blue Eye software recognizes the Quato puck
connected to an original ADB port)
Maybe the puck works with other adaptors but I doubt so. No idea
about the "Smart Monitor Connection", I prefer manual hardware
calibration on the monitor.

Does anyone know if I can use ADB/USB adaptors to 1) hook the monitor to the
computer
(LaCie call this the "Smart Monitor Connection"); and 2) hook the puck up to
the G4s
USB
I know the adaptors are available, but will I be able to calibrate the
monitor?
Control the RGB guns (apologies if my terminology is wrong).

I use the Keyspan(USA28X)ver1.7 twin USB adapter. It lists Lacie
calibrators in its compatibility list : www.keyspan.com
Just about everything I have ADB serial I use by configuring as modem
or printer port serial devices.
Good Luck
