PDF color conversion app

I'm looking for a standalone batch-oriented app that can take drag n'
dropped (drug n' dropped?) PDF 1.2 containing RGB images and convert to CMYK
preferably using an ICC profile. I know Pitstop will do the conversion but I
need something that'll do it unattended, like ICC Autoflow (which doesn't do
PDF, only PS and EPS otherwise my problem wouldn't be).
