WTPT-6500 DotGAIN-20%
Primarys-adobe1998 GCR medium blk gen
CMM-automatic Blk MAX-95
total ink-320
uca 5
PS6 SETTINGS
working spaces
RGB-adobe 1998
CMYK custom sheetfed profiled from press
320 total ink, 95 black max medium gen
CMM-Heildelberg
moniter profiled + calibrated
6500 WTPT 2.2 Gamma
Rgb image was supplied by customer with embedded profile
sRGB, computer generated file mostly blue bkgd ,with oval design
all soft vignettes light to dark.
PS5 image was more saturated in color , looked much better to RGB ,file in
PS6
looked better after tweaking a bit.
tried opening in different RGBcolor spaces, using different rendering
intents
still PS5 looked better,i thought PS6 was the way to go,its hard to tell
everyone
that PS6 is better but PS5 conversions looked better on this particular
image. so can anyone enlighten me on why this image looked better in 5
