There are different definitions of proper... but I suspect you may be running
into another factor that is limiting your ink... such as UCR. If you can set
UCA at 100% in the profiling software, that should allow you to actually
reach your intended maximums; which will not necessarily improve your
results, depending on the device type, as well as the media and inks.
