Umm, using absolute renders your white into the separation so it's not a
question of scum dot but of absolute rendering of the colorimetric table
shifted to the white point of the destination profile media.

Again if you're looking at absolute rendering this is not scum dot but
indeed the media white. Normally from the testing by most on this list would
show that Adobe ACE behaves better than most other CMM's on perceptual and
relative colorimetric conversions while using profile's that don't sync the
white point well in the CMM.
