Seems like you would be lucky to get that close to "daylight" 5000k. I
measured my solux lamp which is supposed to be 4700k and it came in in the
low 4100s depending on distance from the lamp. But it has seen a few hours
since it was new. Line voltage probably does not have an effect since it is
powered by a transformer.
Even real "daylight" measures from 6000k upwards to 10000k depending on the
time of day and cloud cover, etc. We need standards but colour temperature
rarely is standard.
