GretagMacbeth iQueue applies device link profiles. The manual
explains what they are, how to use them, and what the caveats are.
You can download the manual in PDF format from the GM site.
However, device link profiles won't change the shape and size of the
gamuts you are converting between, and hence won't give you any
benefit, see below.

The ColorSync Workflow Settings lets you choose a 'proof' profile,
that's true. But you also need application software that looks to the
ColorSync Workflow Settings for the profile to use as the destination
in a source - simulation - destination conversion. You will have to
look long and hard for that, and we all wish you good luck -:).
As for moving the more saturated Fuji reds into the same saturation
range as the MatchPrint reds, you need to do two things,
a. use a 3D gamut viewer to check the physical shape and size of the
two spaces to see if what you want is doable in the first place, and
b. use Pshop 6 / Linocolor 6 or iQueue to proof using the correct
rendering intents.
I've cc:ed a friend as we're discussing how to present the ICC
framework given that folks are coming from so many angles and with so
many different ideas about how things ought to work relative to how
they work.
