Hi all,

several years ago, a customer showed me a kind of red tape, (3M I guess),
which was applied in a corner of every chromalin proof, about 0.5x0.25 inch.
The tape had two zones, both were red, but the tones of red were changing
from light to light. The technician told me that if the red in the right
side match the red in the left side then the lightning was appropiate to see
the proof.
I never saw this kind of tape anymore, but I think that product can be very
useful today.
Of course, in those days, nothing about color management was said, but I
guess, that colored tape use the metamerism phenomena to determine if the
light temperature was 5000K or not.

Am I right?

If anyone konw a similar product, please let me know
