What a miserable way to treat a customer. But what I meant was that
just as in fonts where everybody carries everybody else's products
through cross-licensing, in color management you also may not know
exactly whose technology is OEM'ed. Therefore, if you want
GretagMacbeth ProfileMaker or whatever else, then the only way I know
of is to fork out for the branded box. I thought you were asking
whether those decidedly non-amiable ScanVec folks were OEM carriers
of ProfileMaker, and I honestly don't have a clue. Nor would ScanVec
tell you or me, I'm sure. Hence the reply.
