Hi Andrew,
I am not sure I have an answer for you, but here goes: I have
recently started a quest to improve my color management which
included an attempt to install ColorSync 3.0 into Mac OS 8.1. This
failed, but I was able to upgrade to ColorSync 2.6 which had several
CMMs in it. I happen to have an Arcus II scanner from Agfa so I
wanted to find out if that CMM would be the best choice for me or
even just how significant a choice this is. I still don't know the
answer but I hope joining this list will help. Anyway, I found myself
using the links within the ColorSync control panel to get to Apple's
partner sites and do my research.
At the Heidelberg site I was able to download an archive called
<<targetdatas.hqx>> which decompresses to a folder which contains
Reflective and Transmissive data for Agfa, Fugi, and Kodak as well as
some other info. There are 36 items in the Agfa Transmissive folder.
Unfortunately, I am too much of a novice to even begin to use these
files yet, so I cannot tell you whether they contain the data you are
looking for or not or if they are proprietary to Heidelberg
equipment, but they appear to be text files generated by MS Word. I
hope this helps.
Kodak's website also had some TDF files/info, but I think it was
related to their products and also Gretag Macbeth.
