The only other format I have used is Mac Files & Folders for my own image
archiving, or when a client specifies they use a Mac. I have not experienced
the problem with this format.

Bob Smith has suggested I try Files & Folders for cross-platform use, even
though the Toast User Guide recommends Mac/Hybrid format. I will try both and
see if I continue to have the problem.
