Acrobat Distiller & Tag For Colour Management

Hello.

Does anyone on this list use the 'Tag For Colour Management' options in Acrobat Distiller 4.0.5 for the Mac using profiles generated via Photoshop 6.0 or does one set Distiller to just ignore this option?
