small AI9.01 install bug

When 9.01 and 9.02 install over 9.0, the Preferences for 9.0 remain and an extra Preferences folder is created named 9.01.

The color settings in the original 9.0 folder remain active, including the RGB working space.

To complete the update, manually trash the 9.0 preferences folder.

(This applies to Mac OS 9.1 DK, not sure about Mac OS 9.1 IE.)
