There are two general issues with using colorimeters to profile flat panels. One is the angle they use to view the display. Just as we see color shifts on flat panels as we change our viewing angle so does the instrument. The second is that most filter sets in a emisive colorimeter are designed to produce great results with CRT's phosphors.

ProfileCity's ICC Display along with your SpectroCam will produce great profiles on your flat panel.
