Fast forward to now. After checking several test files, I've come to the
conclusion that some CMMs and PS are giving me misleading pre seperation 4c
info numbers when viewing an RGB file. A shift of 1% to 3% in all colors
after seperating than before seperating (mode change or convert to profile
gives same result). By changing CMM, I was able to view no change or only a 1%
change in one color (color varies) from before to after seperation.
If anybody can verify this please let me know.
The predicted values are based on the rendering intent and CMM in the
Color Settings dialog.
Did you separate with the same settings - especially the rendering intent?

Steve
