Source and Destination profile for CMYK to CMYK?

I have an image I've proofed on Matchprint and it's been ok'd for color
by the client.
It's a CMYK Tiff.
Now I'd like to proof it on my HP 5000 and get the same color.
Using a Wassatch rip do I select my Matchprint profile as the image
source and the HP 5000 as the destination?
