if you mean what's the lighting to fit in your windowless room I'd say:
I use "LG3 compliant Cat 2" baffled double tube 5 foot high frequency fluorescent
housings here, you really do need high frequency transformers as it makes for
a much more pleasant working atmosphere.
The daylight tubes I use are "Osram, 58Watt, Lumilux deluxe, Daylight"
Colour ref. : 950 CCT 5400K Ra98 (Group 1A]
I had to order them but they are definitely worth it. Nice and
bright, the "Cat 2" [egg box] baffles cut down on flare on your
screens as they are especially designed for computer rooms. The
daylight effect is wonderful and excellent for print matching
and operator colour vision. Hey, in Sweden they reckon it helps
to keep employees from needing time off sick!
