Troubles about DTP41UV

Hi folk's,

I have a situation here, I'm trying to use my new DTP41UV
and always get a error "<A7>" code (at least I think that Is)
in terminal window. This happen in windows version 2.0/3.2
and in mac version 2.0/ 2.1.
The connections are fine, no trouble.
And Yes, I read the manual and Yes I'm try to contact
x-rite suport. Unfortunately are closed about 20 minuts ago.
