Hi Adriano,
I guess there is something wrong with your communication with the
DTP 41, since there is no code documented above 3D.
Try the following:
Send BV carriage return in ASCI.
If you get response, your terminal sends the right carriage return.
If nothing happens, your terminal setting for the carriage return is wrong.
The response should be something like X-Rite BOOT ...
Go to the X-Rite website and get the ToolCrib software for testing your
DTP 41.
