Huh? Well Praxisoft wouldn't recommend trying another profiler now would
they?
I will, ScanOpen works the best with Heidelberg scanners, and it's on your
Linocolor 6 disc. You can use it for your Fuji as well. If you want more
neutral colors try ProfileCity's ICCscan. Gretag will fetch you nice
profiles tending towards a colder side but less saturated than ScanOpen.
Could there be something mixed up with your IT8 or associated TDF?
In any case both of these scanners get great results when profiled, in fact
the Tango will only work profiled. The advantage of ScanOpen (and Gretag I
believe) is the application of a dynamic white point. There will be some who
would argue against this concept but it works well in production scannning
with Heidelberg scanners.
