Hi,
I was wondering what the quality of an ICC profile that is generated from a
Photoshop CMYK table using PS6 is like when compared to one made using a
commercial profiling tool (eg PrintOpen). The reason behind the question is
that previously we have used a photoshop 4 table to convert images to the
settings required for newsprint. With Photoshop 6 I would like to move
towards using the profile convert open with ICC profiles for colourspace
conversions. If I save the table as an ICC profile, how valid is the
conversion process. Should I get a proper ICC profile made for newsprint?
Thanks
