Subject: Quite a difference between Photoshop 6 and 7 PANTONE Lab
values?

Anyone compared the differences between Photoshop 6 and 7's Lab values for
the PANTONE Solid Coated Swatches? It's like day and night! Makes you wonder
which are the *real* (if such thing could be) PANTONE Lab colors? What
happened between 6 and 7 ? (I did not compare Photoshop 5)
All the values came from Pantone.
Photoshop 6 contained rather old values, for the old Pantone books.
Photoshop 7 contains up to date values, for the latest Pantone books
(as reforumlated/designed in 2000).
Photoshop 7 also adds the metallics, pastels, hexachrome primaries,
and other new colors.
Chris
